Quin Heavrin of Wichita, Kan., writes: "The costume was purchased from Target, and was too cute to resist shoving my 80-lb. Boxer, Scooter, into. So, I did, and it was the best Halloween ever. We couldn't stop laughing at Scooter's cuteness. And surprisingly, he didn't seem to mind the costume."
