"I just believe in [ghosts] in general.," says the Gossip Girl star, who once had a close encounter. "It was really kind of scary. I was in my old apartment in [New York's] East Village, and my roommate had a family member that was deceased. She said that she would see her in the house, which kind of freaked me out. Ever since then I've thought I would see a ghost."
