In FOX's new drama K-Ville, Hauser, 32, plays a police officer dealing with chaos in post-Katrina New Orleans. And life in the Big Easy (where the show is filmed) suits the actor just fine. "We play golf, eat great food, and go to great bars," he tells PEOPLE of how he and his castmates have enjoyed the southern hospitality. "The people in the city have opened their arms to us."
