"I made a giant, horrible mistake that I regret and feel really ashamed and embarrassed about," Tatum O'Neal told PEOPLE after police arrested the Oscar winner for allegedly purchasing two bags of cocaine from a dealer near her Manhattan home. "I got close to relapsing," she later told Oprah Winffrey. "It was close enough. Too close for comfort."
