So much for that New Year's resolution! Just two months out of rehab, Lindsay Lohan was caught sipping from a bottle of champagne while ringing in 2008 in Capri, Italy. "The good news," her lawyer told PEOPLE at the time, "is that Lindsay stopped herself, called her sponsor, and got herself back on track."
