CNN journalist Richard Quest was ordered by a New York judge to undergo six months of counseling after he was discovered in Central Park past the 1 a.m. curfew with a rope around his neck (and tied below his belt), a sex toy in his boot and what Quest told the cops was "some meth" in his pocket, according to the New York Post.
