Less than four months after his divorce, French president Sarkozy, 53, and supermodel-turned-singer Bruni, 39, wed in a 20-minute civil service at the presidential palace on Feb. 2. "They had the air of being very emotional and in love," said Francois Lebel, the mayor of Paris's eighth district, who performed the ceremony.
