"I used to dye my own hair. I used to put peroxide in it, probably like once a month. It was just me in the bathroom by myself. I would perm my hair the same day and then dye it and put that peroxide in it. Years later, I paid for it. I had to stop dying my hair and now it's back to its normal thickness.
