She started modeling at age 19, and 38 years later, Brinkley is still looking as young and fresh as the day she started. What's her secret to staying young? By staying active, and going vegetarian. "Nutrition has always played a huge role in my life," Brinkley told PEOPLE. "I became a vegetarian when I was 13 and then got my entire family to become vegetarians. And I have always been active my whole life. I genuinely enjoy sports and I spend time on my total gym."
