THEN: The rocker won 10 moonmen at the 1987 ceremony – a record that still stands today – for the stop-motion animated clip "Sledgehammer," which has been praised as the best animated video of all time by the network.
NOW: He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame last year (as a member of Genesis), and spends most of his time advocating for humanitarian causes and working with WOMAD (World of Music, Arts and Dance), an international festival which he co-founded.
