THEN: The theatrical pop-rockers virtually came out of nowhere in 2006, when the vaudeville-styled video for "I Write Sins Not Tragedies" took home the top prize of video of the year – without winning a single other award all night.
NOW: Only two original members – singer Brendon Urie and drummer Spencer Smith – are still in the band, which plans to release a new album, Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die!, in October.
