The VMAs have played host to some OMG instances of PDA, most famously Michael Jackson and bride Lisa Marie Presley's 1994 lip-lock and Madonna's 2003 double kiss with Spears and Christina Aguilera. The X Factor judge was nearly cornered into the kissing booth again in 2011, when Lady Gaga's alter ego Joe Calderone tried to get to first base with the pop star.
