Kourtney made a personal admission in August: She had a fling with her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick and became pregnant! The couple has since reconciled – and received plenty of support from the Kardashian clan, who often escorted Kourtney, who's due on Christmas, baby supply shopping in L.A. "I am beyond thrilled and excited and cannot wait to meet my new grandchild," Kris Jenner told PEOPLE that month. "We are truly blessed."
