When it comes to trimming up your triceps, I recommend doing tricep dips off a bench or chair. Extend your legs all the way out and sink your butt as low to the ground as you can, and when you come up, give your triceps a good flex. I suggest attacking your triceps with this exercise twice a week, 5 sets of 20 to 25 reps.
