"Suddenly I got bones that I never had before. Now I really enjoy putting care into my clothes, my makeup, my appearance."
Now: Fifty and a mom of two, the actress – who'll next star with Matt Damon in the upcoming Elysium – says she isn't likely to try cosmetic surgery to keep her looks in check. "For me, it's really a self-image thing," she told More magazine. "I'd rather have somebody go, 'Wow, that girl has a big nose,' than 'Wow, that girl has a bad nose job.'"
