After giving birth to daughter Alice in 2005, the 41-year-old 30 Rock star agonized over having a second child (she welcomed daughter Penelope in August 2011), before it was too late. In the end, Fey came to the decision by asking herself: "What's so great about work anyway? Work won't visit you when you're old. Work won't drive you to get a mammogram and take you out after for soup."
