"I'm more in love with her every minute of the day," the Hall Pass actress told PEOPLE of daughter Sadie Grace, born on Jan. 27 – 10 months before her 40th birthday. "She's healed me in so many ways," says Applegate, who battled breast cancer in 2008 and underwent a double mastectomy. "She's opened my whole soul."
