The Biggest Loser trainer and Jumpstart to Skinny author gives us a peek into his kitchen – and his healthy diet

Without chocolate around, Harper relies on protein powder to give foods extra flavor. "I put it in my yogurt and mix it up, and it turns into like a chocolate pudding," he explains. "Or I mix it with hot water and it's like hot cocoa. It sounds so boring, but it's so good." It's also a way of avoiding sugar, another no-no on his list. "Once you get your body off of sugar, when you eat sugar, you just feel terrible," he says. "So I've been really watching that."
