The designer, who has famously dressed brides such as Carrie Underwood, pictures Kate Middleton in a chantilly lace bodice encrusted with an embroidered tulle overlay and pick-up ball skirt. "I think she should embrace a grand dress," Lhuillier tells PEOPLE. "This is the royal wedding. I really hope she stays with that tradition."
