Practice makes perfect? Until she welcomes her new addition, Kate – who announced Monday that she is expecting her first child with husband Prince William – keeps her hands full with Lupo. The couple were first photographed with the cocker spaniel in January, and he's already had plenty of experience around little ones, including 23-month-old Savannah Phillips (daughter of Will's cousin Peter).
