"I didn't want something extremely obvious like the book covers, but I also wanted it to be recognizable to somebody like me, who loves Twilight," Elaina of Clermont, Fla., told PEOPLE of her tattoo, a nod to the engraving found inside the locket Bella gives daughter Renesmee.
