Citing "irreconcilable differences," Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from her NBA hubby Kris Humphries on Oct. 31, but it was no Halloween prank: Earlier in the month, the reality star had hinted at trouble in paradise, calling her living situation (with sister Kourtney, her boyfriend Scott Disick and their baby Mason) "not ideal."
