Just six weeks after son Arthur's July birth, Blair left revelers green with envy when she hit the red carpet in a body-skimming Roland Mouret dress at the Venice Film Festival. "I have lost maybe one pound since I left the hospital," she coyly admitted, adding that she's breastfeeding and following The Kind Diet, "but it's tightened up a little."
