The 30 Rock star, then 4, loved "going to the mall" with her brother Phillip to visit Santa in Paramus, N.J. "I would always leave out a carrot for Rudolph alongside the milk and cookies for Santa on Christmas eve," Bowden told PEOPLE. "My mom always made sure to take a few bites from the carrot because I didn't want the reindeer to be left out."
