1. HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER
Let's just give Viola Davis the Emmy right now for the moment that her power lawyer/professor, Annalise Keating, realizes her husband has done some pretty shady stuff, so she sits in front of her vanity mirror, slowly strips off her wig and makeup and loses it. The show around Davis is pretty terrific too: a sexy, break-neck whodunit that draws inspiration from the '70s film The Paper Chase and is stocked with a talented class of newbies. (ABC)
