Mike Myers may have to dust off his mantel to make room for his awards – if he has a fireplace in his basement.

The comic actor's The Love Guru led the field at the Razzies – celebrating the worst from Hollywood last year – which were announced by Razzies founder John Wilson on Wednesday, a day before the Oscar nominations are to be revealed.

In all, Guru grabbed seven nods, including worst picture and worst performances by Myers, Jessica Alba, Verne Troyer and Oscar-winner Ben Kingsley.

Also in the running for worst picture: Disaster Movie, The Happening, In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale, Meet the Spartans and The Hottie & the Nottie, which starred Paris Hilton, who's up for worst actress and worst screen couple (with Joel David Moore) in the film.

While neither accepted their honors in the flesh, plenty of stars – including Carrie Underwood, Katherine Heigl and the hosts of Dancing with the Stars (winners of the favorite competition/reality show) – collected their trophies in person during the two-hour ceremony which was hosted by Queen Latifah.

She survived Simon Cowell and American Idol three years ago. She's proved her staying power with two hit albums. Yet being up against Rihanna and Taylor Swift at Wednesday's People's Choice Awards is giving Carrie Underwood the shakes.

"They're both so big, and there's great competition. I'm nervous and so excited at the same time," she tells PEOPLE of being up for favorite female singer and favorite country song.

Underwood, 25, is also hitting the stage to perform her ballad, "I Know You Won't," complete with a full orchestra. "It's a really emotional song about a guy who just won't call. We've all had that happen, right?"

As Queen Latifah gears up to host Wednesday's People's Choice Awards, the singer-actress is also getting her diet back in gear after some serious holiday play.

"I'm glad I re-signed [with Jenny Craig] because I had a little fun over the holidays, as most people do," says Latifah, 38, who announced this month that she would continue as the spokesperson for the weight-loss program.

"I went to Trinidad and I indulged in everything," she says, admitting to falling off the wagon temporarily while on vacation. "It wasn’t that I wasn’t eating healthy stuff. It was just a lot of it. There's always a beach barbeque."
