Maggie Gyllenhaal is bringing tech-y back! The Sherrybaby star is hosting the Academy's Science and Technical Awards on Feb. 10 – a job that last year went to Rachel McAdams. The Sci-Tech Awards, as they're nicknamed, honor inventions, methods and devices that help make that ol' movie magic. So, why'd they pick the fairer Gyllenhaal? She lent her voice to Monster House, which is up for Best Animated Motion Picture.
