Are they or aren't they? For
newly shorn Orlando Bloom and Best Actress nominee
Penelope Cruz, all signs point to "they are" if the pair's behavior at the Global Green event Wednesday night at Avalon is any indication. "They were snuggling in a booth," says an observer who was in the Hollywood club's VIP area. "He would brush her hair from her face, they were sitting close and whispering into each other's ears. It was clear they were together." But Bloom's undivided attention was diverted briefly when
Maroon 5 took the stage. "He was freaking out and singing along to every lyric. He jumped out of his seat and danced ... It was a little geeky," says the observer. Even Cruz was bopping along with
Petra Nemcova, who was there with boyfriend
