An Honor Just to Be Nominated? Ha!
Take it from a Hero: "to lose sucked." Milo Ventimiglia – whose NBC show lost the Golden Globe for best TV drama to Grey's Anatomy – isn't bothering with the "it's an honor just to be nominated" line, even while he's out partying in Sundance. PEOPLE caught up with him before he headed back to L.A. and the set of Heroes and got his recap of the losing night: "I grabbed my glass off the table and raised it up to everybody and just said, 'Even in defeat, we make a great f–ing show.' It was the most sincere moment for all of us." Oh well, there's always the Emmy Awards.
SAG Drama Watch: Will Isaiah Washington Attend?
The SAG Awards are little more than a week away, but is that enough time for the nominated Grey's Anatomy cast to tend its own wounds – and be seated together at their table? It all started with Isaiah Washington's appearance at the Golden Globes – packed with more drama, intrigue and McScandal than an episode of the ABC show – when he denied that he ever used an anti-gay slur against costar T.R. Knight. This prompted Katherine Heigl to say "he needs to just not speak in public," and Knight went on Ellen to refute Washington's claims. GLAAD called for an apology (and got it) and fans petitioned online for his dismissal from Grey's. So, will Washington sit with his castmates? One thing's for sure: You can bet Heigl won't be saving him the seat next to her. Watch the awards Jan. 28 (on TNT) and find out for yourself!
Next on Congress's Agenda: America!
The new Congress is proving it's really tuned in – at 8 p.m. Thursdays on ABC. In session Wednesday, Rep. Hilda L. Solis (D-Calif.) congratulated Ugly Betty's America Ferrera for her best actress Golden Globe, and spoke at length about the positive social impact of the actress's role. "Through her work, Ms. Ferrera is breaking down barriers for Latinos in prime-time television," Solis said. "I commend America and everyone involved in Ugly Bettyfor helping to break down stereotypes and provide a role model for young Latinas."

How I Got Ready: Hayden Panettiere
The Heroes star, who swapped her cheerleading uniform for a flowing Grecian Monique Lhuillier gown, has her own ritual: "I turn on the music – Jewel. She's very good. I can still sing while [my stylist and makeup artist] put on the sparkle."
Fashion Faceoff: Hilary vs. Jessica
Jessica Biel sparkled at the Golden Globes in a glimmering beaded Valentino dress, but it was a familiar look: Hilary Swank wore the same "vintage" dress three years ago for the Oscars. That's a major fashion faux-pas for any stylist – and it's not the first time it's happened. At last year's Globes Reese Witherspoon wore a Chanel dress previously seen on Kirsten Dunst. As for Valentino, reps for the house say that "Valentino dresses are timeless and each woman brings to them her own interpretation. ... Two beautiful actresses can be different and great even in the same dress." Still, you can't help but compare, so who do you think looks better in the gown?
Seen & Heard: Cameron and Justin's Fight
Spotted at the In Style/Warner Bros. afterparty: Cameron Diaz pulling ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake away from actress Jessica Biel and into a side room at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, where they fought for 40 minutes. At times Justin held his head in his hands....

STYLEWATCH POLL: LOVE IT? HATE IT?
Jennifer Garner's loose silver-spangled Gucci gown may have taken cues from ancient Greece, but do you think it was goddess-worthy? Click here to vote!
Caught in the Act: The Globes Parties!
Major Office fan Ben Affleck, chatting up the show's stars at the NBC/Universal/Focus Features/Cartier party at the Beverly Hilton. "Ben Affleck knew every nuance!" said Angela Kinsey, who plays uptight accountant Angela. When someone informed Affleck that wife Jennifer Garner was waiting for him across the room, Jenna Fischer, (aka Pam) recalls that Affleck said, "Tell her to come here – I'm with the cast of The Office!" Adds B.J. Novak, "We think Ben Affleck is the awesomest, funniest guy. So we were a mutual appreciation society for about an hour."
How the Stars Got Ready: Heidi, Kyra & More
Heidi Klum in Givenchy: "We started early, at maybe 11 am. I glued on lashes, put on some base, some blush, put the hair up, got dressed. It doesn't take that long. It's what I do!"
Sheryl Crow in Elie Saab: "My ritual involves a strong cup of coffee, two or three newspapers, and the BlackBerry." ...

Hugh Grant: 0, Hair Gel: 1
What was Hugh Grant thinking? The onetime king of carefully disheveled hair took his metrosexual mussing into troubling new directions at Monday's Globes. On the other hand, Alec Baldwin – who nabbed best actor in a TV comedy – looked as dapper and in-control as his 30 Rock alter ego Jack Donaghy. What do you think? Sound off on the guys who you think sported hair-dos and hair-don'ts at the Globes.
