After 2½ years of marriage, Wentz and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz decide to end their union, citing "irreconcilable differences." "We remain friends and deeply committed and loving parents to our son Bronx, whose happiness and well-being remains our number one priority," they say in a joint statement. Their divorce is finalized in December.
Wentz gets back in the dating game, showing off his new girlfriend, model Meagan Camper, in L.A. "They're dating but taking things slow," a source tells PEOPLE of the burgeoning relationship. And Wentz isn't the only one moving on: His ex Simpson stepped out with Boardwalk Empire star Vincent Piazza over the summer.
Following a three-year hiatus, Fall Out Boy announces they're releasing a new album, Save Rock and Roll. "When we were kids the only thing that got us through most days was music. It's why we started Fall Out Boy in the first place," the band says in a statement. "This isn't a reunion because we never broke up. We needed to plug back in and make some music that matters to us."
Sharing a photo of he and Camper (and her budding bump) on Instagram in February, Wentz writes, "We're super excited to announce we're expecting a baby." Adds a source close to the couple, "They’ve been planning on this for a while. And they're really excited for Bronx to have a new little buddy." In August 2014, they welcome their first child together, a son named Saint.
