After calling off their engagement in July 2008, Salma Hayek and her French billionaire beau François-Henri Pinault shared a romantic – and surprise – Valentine's Day wedding at City Hall in Paris. The couple said "oui" in front of a dozen guests, including 17-month-old daughter Valentina. "The bride was extremely beautiful," a wedding guest told PEOPLE. "Even when she was crying tears of joy."
