Cargo goes bold this fall with a revamped line of eight shadow palettes in amped-up color combinations and chic neutral sets. Each quad of super-saturated pigments is named for the far-flung locale that inspired it – like blue-hued Tahiti – and comes in an eye-catching case designed by Canadian artist Cassie Zhen.
