How to Do It
1. Line lids with Clarins Waterproof Pencil in Black.
2. Smudge navy shimmer from Laura Mercier Colour Quad in Blue Sky over liner.
3. Apply two coats of black Givenchy Phenomen'eyes mascara.
4. Finish with Nars lipstick in Honolulu Honey.
