OH, BABY!

Practice makes perfect? Until she welcomes her new addition, Kate – who announced Monday that she is expecting her first child with husband Prince William – keeps her hands full with Lupo. The couple were first photographed with the cocker spaniel in January, and he's already had plenty of experience around little ones, including 23-month-old Savannah Phillips (daughter of Will's cousin Peter).

Lupo comes from a litter "with a close family connection," according to a palace source. More importantly, it seems the pup quickly became a part of the Royal Family – and it didn't take long.

While hanging out at a charity polo match in May, the affectionate pooch reaches up for a kiss from Kate, who bends down to help her still-small puppy.
