30 Rock's star and scribe is usually filmed from the right side to avoid drawing attention to her facial scar, the result of a random act of violence from Fey's childhood when a stranger cut her cheek. "I proceeded unaware of it. I was a very confident little kid," she told Vanity Fair in one of the few times she's spoken about the incident. "It's really almost like I'm kind of able to forget about it, until I was on-camera."
