For a Neutrogena Fresh Faces event, celeb makeup artist Karan Mitchell played up Hudgens's eyes using the brand's budget-friendly makeup.
Four Easy Steps
1: Apply Skin Soothing Eye Tint in Petal Shimmer #02 over lid, at inner corners and beneath lashes.
2: Sweep the lightest shade of Nourishing Eye Duo in Fairy Dust on brow bone and darker shade crease and outer corners.
3: Starting thicker at the middle and winging outward slightly, trace upper lash line with Nourishing Eyeliner in Cosmic Black, following with Spiced Chocolate under bottom lashes and inside lid.
4: Curl lashes and added two coats of Healthy Volume Mascara in Carbon Black.
