At Home with Cheryl 'Salt' James

Since leaving the successful '80s rap group Salt-N-Pepa in 2001, Cheryl James (a.k.a. Salt) has been focusing on being a "better wife, mother and person." Now poised to make a comeback – her new VH1 reality series, The Salt-N-Pepa Show, premieres Oct. 15 – the singer opens up about her new life as a stay-at-home mom of two – and making peace with her onetime partner Sandi "Pepa" Denton.
